Vinay Singh

As a Co-Founder and Chairman of Board, Vinay provides overall leadership to the company. He is also directly responsible for delivery & technology direction to the company. Vinay brings business & consulting experience from some of the best companies and clients in Asia Pacific and the Americas. Before co-founding Gravity he was responsible for delivering several complex technology solutions to some of the Fortune 500 clients at globally renowned Business & Technology consulting firm Sapient Corporation.

He holds a degree of bachelors in chemical engineering from IIT, Roorkee.

Vivek Gaur

Director on Board and co-founder, Vivek remains at the core of entrepreneurial spirit at Gravity. He manages operations at Gravity and has been a mainstay in converting the vision into reality. He brings a rich human resource and general management expertise to Gravity and prides in having brought some of the greatest people at Gravity.
Vivek holds a Bachelors degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from University of Delhi.

Anupam Jaiswal

Director on Board, Anupam is, responsible for Gravity's overseas operations, currently engaged in growing Gravity in the US. He is a Technology solutions architect, having spent years in package implementations & integration. He holds an Electrical Engineering degree from IIT Roorkee, a diploma in Business Management and has more than 10 years of consulting experience for best of the breed companies in US, India and Europe. He has prior experience of setting up consulting practices in US, Canada & India. He is also an ardent sports fan & a avid reader.

Sanjoy Chakraverti

As a Director - Business Development, Sanjoy heads Business Development activities in India. He brings about 20 years of experience and wisdom from IT Consulting World in area of Solution Conceptualization, Technical Sales and Business Development. He held several key positions at reputed and dynamic organizations such as CMC, Patni Computers and International Business Corporation. In the area of Consultative Sales, he has played lead roles in Manufacturing, Mining, Transportation and Banking sectors.

Sanjoy is a B.Tech in Chemical Engineering from IIT Kharagpur and holds an MBA degree from Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chauss’ees (ENPC), France with major in Corporate Strategy & Policy.

Vinod Kumar

Vinod brings around 8 years of consulting and program management experience to Gravity. He specializes in risk management practices of Global Delivery of IT solutions. Vinod is an Indian Institute of Technology, Roorkee and Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad alumnus. He owes most of his experience to one of the world’s best companies. He has managed several IT projects and successfully built operational excellence practices for large offshore deliveries.
